Pretty much all of the criminal gun cases in the tri-state area involve weapons purchased legally (and easily) with no background checks from pawn shops in Georgia, the Carolina’s and Virginia. They are then shipped up I-95 in car trunks to be sold cheaply to people who use them to rob banks, shoot each other and make life generally very dangerous for our police.
