Daniel A. Grabowski is running for Council Member, City of Glen Cove
BACKGROUND
- Grabowski, 32, of Glen Cove, is a registered Republican and is running on the Republican and Conservative party lines in the general election. He a member of the Glen Cove Board of Zoning Appeals and is making his first bid for public office.
- He is an attorney at a Jericho law firm. Grabowski was born and raised in Glen Cove, graduated from St. Dominic High School in Oyster Bay and has a bachelor’s degree in history and a law degree, both from Hofstra University in Hempstead.
- He is a former Glen Cove Little League coach. For the past two years, Grabowski has volunteered at the Feast of St. Rocco in Glen Cove.
ISSUES
- Grabowski said that if elected he will advocate for “continuing smart fiscal management.”
- He said that he will seek continued partnerships between the city council and local police and fire departments and Emergency Medical Services to promote public safety throughout the city.
- Grabowski said he will also support continued city investment in public parks, recreation and open spaces.
