BACKGROUND
- Lubin, 29, lives in Lindenhurst and graduated in 2017 with a bachelor’s degree in organizational sciences from George Washington University in Washington, D.C.
- He has worked with NFL and pro soccer teams to develop partnership deals involving advertising.
- Lubin ran a small business with athletes and artists to design clothing.
 
ISSUES
- Lubin said he supports the bipartisan bill to secure the southern border that was blocked by Republicans in Congress.
- Lubin said he will work to restore legal protections for abortion that were lost when the U.S. Supreme Court struck down Roe v. Wade in June 2022.
- He said he would seek to restore the full deductibility of state and local taxes on federal income taxes, which was capped under a 2017 Republican measure known as SALT.
