- Esteban, 46, of East Northport, is running for a second term.
- He has a private law practice and before that was an attorney for the Diocese of Rockville Centre.
- He graduated from Hunter College and Touro College Law Center.
ISSUES:
- Esteban said public safety and investing in law enforcement has been a priority, including legislation he proposed to reestablish Shot Spotter.
- In an effort to keep Long Island affordable, he introduced legislation to not allow an increase in mortgage fees.
- To help grow the economy, he has visited more than 200 businesses to offer resources.
