John E. DiFrisco is running for Town of North Hempstead Council Member, 1st District
BACKGROUND
- DiFrisco, 65, a registered Republican, is running the Republican and Conservative lines. He is vice president of finance for the magazine distributor Comag Marketing Group LLC.
- He served on the Carle Place School District's Board of Education from 2005-2023.
- DiFrisco received a bachelor's of science in finance from Lehigh University and a master of business administration from Fordham University.
 
ISSUES
- DiFrisco wants to hold the line on taxes by bringing his private sector expertise to government.
- He said he would work closely with law enforcement to identify community concerns.
- DiFrisco said he wants to expand on Supervisor Jennifer DeSena's efforts to repave the town's roads.
