BACKGROUND:

• Weber, 79, of Westhampton Beach, is running on the Republican, Conservative and Working Families party lines for the for general election.
• He has been a town justice in the Town of Southampton since 2016.
• Weber also currently maintains a private practice. He was a Suffolk County Court judge from 1993 to 2012.
• Prior to that, he was a partner in the firm of Weber and Pohl from 1975 to 2002. Before that, Weber was a Suffolk County Assistant District Attorney from 1970 to 1975.
• He received his undergraduate degree from Syracuse University in 1966 and earned his law degree from Syracuse University School of Law in 1968. Weber also earned his Master of Laws (Criminal Justice) from New York University in 1976.
• He was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1969.
