BACKGROUND:
- Zuckerman, 50, of Lindenhurst, is running on the Republican and Independence party lines.
- He has been a principal law clerk for the Hon. Joseph Farneti in Riverhead since 2006, and has been the associate village justice for Lindenhurst since 2019.
- From 2004 through 2005, he was a court attorney in 2nd district court in Babylon, and before that was a law clerk and then associate attorney in private practice in Garden City from 2000 to 2004.
- He received his law degree from Touro University Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center in 2003, where he was the Managing Editor of the Law Review. He received his bachelor’s degree from Binghamton University in 1994.
- He was admitted to the New York State bar in 2004.
- He is a member and lecturer for the Suffolk County Bar Association.
