- She works as a territory sales manager specializing in oncology.
- She is a graduate of the University of Delaware and Touro College, where she received a master’s in special education.

- Pace said she would call for the review of federal American Rescue Plan funds to determine whether the money was allocated fairly across Nassau County.
- She called for the creation of bicycle lanes to calm traffic and improve walkability across the county.
