Adam B. Grossman is running for Southampton town justice

Adam B. Grossman

Grossman, 50, of Hampton Bays, is running on the Democratic line. He has been in private practice since 1993 and maintains an office in Riverhead. He specializes in real estate, estate practice Surrogate's Court, civil litigation, zoning, business law and estate planning (wills and trusts). In 2002, Grossman was appointed to the Southampton Town Zoning Board of Appeals. He has been vice chairman of the board since 2010. Grossman was the Riverhead town attorney in 1998 and 1999. During that time, he was special prosecutor of town code violations. He completed his undergraduate studies at Dowling College in Oakdale, graduating in 1987. He obtained his law degree from Pace Law School in 1991 and was admitted to the New York State bar in 1993. Grossman is a member of the board of directors at Alternatives Counseling Services Inc., which has locations in Southampton and Riverhead. He is also a member of LeGaL, the LGBT Bar Association of Greater New York. He has been a member of the Suffolk County Bar Association since 1993.
