Nathan, 56, is running on the Democratic and Working Families lines. He is making his third consecutive attempt to unseat Presiding Officer Richard Nicolello, after losing in the 2015 and 2017 contests.
Nathan, who patrols Manhasset Bay as the Town of North Hempstead’s chief bay constable, did not respond to calls for comment about his campaign.
