• Fogarty, 59, of Mattituck, is seeking her second term as tax receiver. She is also running on the Conservative line.
• She is a certified public accountant with her own tax, accounting and financial consulting practice in Mattituck.
• She is treasurer of the Mattituck Community Fund and is on the board of the North Fork Environmental Council.
