She graduated from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.

ISSUES:

Montiglio helped institute outdoor tax collection booths at Town Hall.
She also helped upgrade the online payment portal and expanded office hours.
She said she will continue to work to make the tax payment process faster and more efficient.
