Base compensation

• 2017 guaranteed pay: $600,000

Incentives

• CFP semifinal appearance: $100,000
• Conference title bonus: $25,000 for appearing and $25,000 for winning
• Misc athletic-based incentives: $20,000 for 7 wins; $15,000 for 8; $30,000 for 9; $40,000 for 10; $50,000 for 10.
• Coach of the year award bonus: $10,000 for conference coach of year;
• National poll bonus: $25,000 for appearing in final top 25 of ESPN poll.
• Academic bonuses: $10,000 for APR of 960
• Car: two loaner cars and university pays insurance
• Tickets: suite for football games, 18 football tickets, 4 club football tickets, 4 men’s basketball tickets and 10 tickets to other sports.
• Golf/country club: membership in local country club or golf club

Other Perks

• Miscellaneous perks: $10,000 for year-over-year 5,000 ticket increase in season ticket sales.
• Buyout if coach leaves for another coaching job: Coach owes the school half of whatever salary remains on his contract.
