Base compensation

• 2017 guaranteed pay: $1,000,000

Incentives

• CFP semifinal win: $100,000
• CFP semifinal appearance: $50,000
• Conference title bonus: $10,000 for appearing and $50,000 for winning
• Misc athletic-based incentives: $25,000 for 12 wins, $20,000 for 11, $15,000 for 10, $10,000 for 9, $5,000 for 8; $10,000 for win over top 25 team; $25,000 for win over top 10 team;
• Coach of the year award bonus: $25,000 for conference coach of year; $50,000 for national coach of year;
• National poll bonus: $50,000 for top 10 poll finish, $25,000 for top 15, $15,000 for top 25.
• Academic bonuses: $15,000 for APR of 950; $25,000 for APR of 975; $10,000 for GPA of 3.0; $20,000 for GPA of 3.25; $30,000 for GPA of 3.5.
• Car: one courtesy car or $800 monthly stipend
• Tickets: one suite and six tickets for each football game; four season tickets for men’s and women’s basketball games
• Golf/country club: country club membership

• Buyout if coach leaves for another coaching job: $2,500,000 in 2017; $2,000,000 in 2018 or 2019; $1,700,000 thereafter
