• Retention bonus: $125,000 every February 15 and every August 15 beginning in 2015

• Coach of the year award bonus: $50,000 for conference coach of year; $50,000 for national coach of year.

• Buyout if coach leaves for another coaching job: $2,000,000 in 2017; $1,000,000 in 2018; $500,000 in 2019; $250,000 in 2020.
