Ragini Srivastava is running for Town Clerk, Town of North Hempstead

BACKGROUND

Srivastava, 51, of Manhasset Hills, is a registered Republican. She is running on the Republican and Conservative party lines. She was elected town clerk in 2021.
She owns four frozen yogurt cafes throughout Nassau County.
Srivastava earned a Bachelor of Science from D.A.V. Degree College in India.

ISSUES

Srivastava said she wants to continue to build on the Senior Identification Program she launched.
She wants to increase accessibility for her office and modernize it even more.
Srivastava said she’d like to help bring more tax cuts to the residents of North Hempstead.
