The president will stress his accomplishments, defend his pandemic response and offer a look ahead to a second term.
Trump will be introduced by his daughter Ivanka Trump, who will focus on the help she says he’s given working families.
Housing Secretary Ben Carson, who also is scheduled to speak, said he will talk about citizens’ responsibility.
Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell of Kentucky will appear giving prerecorded remarks.
Senator Tom Cotton of Arkansas will criticize Democratic candidate Joe Biden over his record on China, according to reports.
House Republican Leader Kevin McCarthy of California said he will talk about the economy, safer communities and China.
Carl and Marsha Mueller, whose daughter was captured and killed by ISIS, will speak.
Criminal justice reform advocate Alice Johnson, whose life sentence was commuted by Trump, will appear.
And former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani will speak.
